Pottermore :')

I'm ever so excited.

July 31st. Harry Potter's  and J.K. Rowling the Great's birthday, and the greatest day of my life. Pottermore is open to all! Well, a limited few. Only the first million resgistered will have the honours to explore Pottermore.com before the rest of the world, and I, hopefully am among the first million.

*squels like a  retard*

I AM MAGICAL.

If I die tomorrow, I'll have no regrets. Except to meet Tom Daley, but then, it doesn't matter so much. For now. I doubt that I would ever be able to concentrate on my exam in two weeks' time with the anxiety of the arrival of my "welcoming letter" into the Pottermore website. Feeling giddy now!

I am at a lost for words right now. I mean, what can I say? It is a great way to end July and to start August! supersonicawesomeness is so cooooooool :)
alright, now I'm getting all hyped up.

The Addict.

Photobucket

Angry Birds. Who isn't addicted to that wingless bird flying, green pig killing, wood-ice-stone smashing game?

When the movie Rio was released, suddenly, this game got thousands and thousands of downloads from the Internet. All of the sudden, everybody is comparing scores and getting frustrated over the last pig on the screen.

Why am I writing this post again?

Oh yeah, what I was trying to say is that I am addicted to all different versions of Angry Birds. I knew it was official when I went to sleep one day and dreamt of me getting 3-stars and all the golden eggs. Yeah, that was freaky.
But I got addicted at the wrong time. I'm supposed to be doing past year questions and taking notes, and what am I doing now?? Angry Birds and blogging.

It's very complicated.

Well then, I'm off procrastinating! I heard there's a new Tom Daley advert! Can't wait to see it! :D

YOU,

make my nights shorter than my days,
You, make little things matter so much,
You, make me laugh.

You, should've said goodbye
You, should've let me cry,
but no, You, have to be right there,
making me feel like a total ass.

OH well, I guess that's that.
Things gotta move on someday.
and You know what?
You can join in if you want,
suddenly, I don't mind. :)

Wasn't that awesome?

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.
What else is there to say except that it brought tears to my eyes and smiles across my face?
It was the highlight of my life.
7 years has passed since I first came to know about Harry Potter and the magical world, since I first experienced the tension and excitement of the adventures, and now, here I am, after watching the last movie from the franchise, flashing back all the scenes from the movies, times spending in my "Harry Potter Reading Capsule" ie my bed, winning the Hedwig doll at sunday school. Every single moment, I looked back and I can feel the magic.

Up until now, my whole life revolves around Harry Potter, I don't think that's going to change anytime soon.
Harry Potter has brought me joy and adventure to my life, without Harry Potter, I would still think that witches are villians and owls are scary.

Once again, thank you J.K. Rowling for making the childhood of many a magical one.

The Muggle Hub

11:53pm, July 14th

A few minutes to go till the official release of the movie.
I am sad to say that I won't be the first few to catch the epic finale for I have school and a test on Saturday, but I can say that I've managed to reread the last book in 3 weeks and I just ended just now.
Watching the countdown slowly ticking down to the zeros, I just want to celebrate it officially.
So, I'm staying up late because going to sleep right now, will only make me feel bad in the morning.
I'd rather doze off in school than to have the regret of not staying up for another 5 minutes.

12:00am, July 15th

IT IS NOW PLAYING.
Of course, there were already previews, and due to the time zones, we actually get to see the movie 8 hours before the United Kingdom and other European countries. Cool fact.

So anyways, Heidi would've watched the movie already. She might be flabbergasted still, from the movie. Can't deny that it will be awesome, in 3-D.

Can't wait to watch it!

LONG LIVE HARRY POTTER!

The Final Battle.

Oh, you know what I'm talking about.

July 15th. The epic battle will finally take place. Oh Harry Potter, is it really the end
I should really tell the story of how I came to be a Potter fan.
Funny enough, before the Azkaban movie, I thought Harry Potter was a horror movie. Then, I watched Prisoner of Azkaban, read the Chamber of Secrets that my mom got me, I fell in love with the magic.
Since then, Harry Potter has been a big part of my life. Suddenly, finishing the books and waiting for the movies became a habit that I've gotten used to, and to have that habit suddenly cut off, it does leave a big empty space in my life routine.
In the midst of the anticipation for the last movie, I often question myself, what happens afterwards?
Couldn't let reality sink in just yet.
Anyways, I've still got the movie to watch! Pray that I can get a ticket on Sunday. Pleasepleaseplease.

I can't finish this post just like this. Roll in the photos.

The Storm Rider.

One of my favourite motivators, Martin Jalleh came back to KK to give a talk to the confirmants. This time, instead of urging us to be different, he wants us to soar like eagles, to be the storm riders.

The Bald Eagle

During the talk about being like eagles, I realised that sometimes, we can't always rely on our parents or our teachers for everything. Sometimes, we need that little push off the edge in order to be able to soar high.
One of the favourite lines from the talk was "The eagle is the only animal that waits for the storm when other birds look for shelter. He rides through the storm, using the strong wind to lift him up above the storm clouds and into the sunlight." Hearing that, it makes the eagle sound so majestic and awesome.

Our problems are like the storm. We go through our problems rather than avoiding it and by doing so, it will make us soar higher into the sky and finally, fly above the storm.

Isn't that just wonderful?

So now, I encourage all my readers, friends and myself to be like the eagles, be the storm rider, soar higher into the sky.

Eagles are now, awesome.

What's up with yo' shizzle?

Get ready, for the ultimate tear wrecking note.

Hey, what the hell are you trying to pull woman?
You think that by showing that you are having a sad, pathetic life would actually get my sympathy?
Puhlease girl,
I ain't dumb.

I heard the other side of the story and by the looks of it, yours sound like total crap.
I don't get why you have to say things like that so that people will turn their heads and actually believe you?
and you think by just saying "hey, I want to see the manager" would help you get justification of your situation.
It don't need no justification, it has already been justified when nobody came to your rescue.
Let's see how you like your tomatoes now eh?

Sometimes man, you gotta accept the fact that it's expired and there's no turning back. No point crying over spilled milk, or rotten tomatoes in this case.

If other people aren't willing to help you, then you should need some serious self-evaluation.
Don't expect the world to change for you, but instead, be the change you want to see in the world.
Someone smart said that.

Sunday Blues

Oh, Sunday. Sometimes, you just suck the soul out from me.

I know, haven't been blogging in a while. Been too busy with everything. Studies, stupid Angry Birds, fencing, Masterchef, perfecting that apple crumble so I could bring to school... Yeah, it's taking up my sweet blogging time.

Anyways, more disappearance like the last one in the future because I'll be getting ready for PMR & UEC!!! Crap, I sound so happy about it, but I'm not. It's just too much too handle for a 15 year old and it'll be a miracle if I actually sit down with a pen in my hand and with my thinking cap on. Fat chance.

A lot of drama happened in high school (no surprise there) and I just can't wait to babble about it! -if I have the time-

Well, till then, I bid farewell internet. *sobs*
